??? 客戶服務(wù)中心是艾荔艾非常重要的部門之一。她的主要工作是：接受客戶綜合業(yè)務(wù)咨詢，為客戶提供技術(shù)支持；受理、協(xié)調(diào)、處理客戶投訴，解決客戶的疑難問(wèn)題；主動(dòng)與客戶溝通、聯(lián)系，了解客戶的感受和需求，及時(shí)將客戶信息反饋至各相關(guān)管理部門和生產(chǎn)企業(yè)并妥善處理。

Our extensive laboratory capabilities permit material evaluations, including selective destructive testing.
