Timken公司所生產(chǎn)的AISI/SAE 4130/4130HW無(wú)縫鋼管主要應(yīng)用于海工鉆井平臺(tái)上裝配的7,500-15,000psi等級(jí)的高壓泥漿管線和高壓水泥管線。

2. 機(jī)械性能 Mechanical Property
抗拉強(qiáng)度σb≥655 Mpa （95ksi），屈服強(qiáng)度σs≥585 Mpa （85ksi），延伸率δ5≥17%，斷面收縮率Red≥35%，拉伸試樣標(biāo)距段長(zhǎng)度為50.8 mm，圓形，取樣位置為管壁中間位置。
——抗拉強(qiáng)度 tensile strength：sb≥ 655 Mpa；
——屈服強(qiáng)度 yield strength：σs≥?585 Mpa；
——伸長(zhǎng)率（縱向）elongation (longitudinal)：d5≥ 17%;
——斷面收縮率 reduction of area：Red≥ 35%;
3. 縱向沖擊功 Longitudinal Impact （可選）
平均縱向沖擊功AKV≥42 J，單個(gè)值A(chǔ)KV≥30 J，夏比試驗(yàn)，試驗(yàn)溫度0攝氏度，取樣位置為管壁中心。
4. 硬度要求 Hardness
鋼管表面洛氏硬度不超過22HRC， 符合NACE MR 01 75。
5. 鋼管晶粒度 Grain Size：≥5級(jí)
6. 鋼管的熱處理 Heat treatment
管材需要淬火+回火狀態(tài)交貨。
7. 鋼管的無(wú)損檢測(cè)Non-destructive Inspection
鋼管需要對(duì)內(nèi)、外徑進(jìn)行探傷，以保證無(wú)有害的表面及內(nèi)部缺陷。表面探傷使用Eddy（渦流）探傷方式，內(nèi)徑探傷使用超聲波探傷方式。表面缺陷不超過壁厚的5%，內(nèi)壁缺陷不超過壁厚的5%。
