熱處理工藝對低溫擠壓Zn－15Al鋅合金組織及性能的影響
采用拉伸試驗和掃描電鏡分析技術手段，對不同冷卻速度對200℃擠壓Zn－15Al鋅合金的微觀組織和室溫力學性能的影響進行研究。
研究結果表明:經320℃處理1h后，變形態細小的α(Al)相發生了粗化．經水淬后α(Al)相發生了連續析出，形成了α(Al)+η(Zn)細小的粒狀組織，使其強度稍有提高，塑性明顯降低。
而經空冷后α(Al)相發生了共析分解，形成了細片層狀組織，導致其強度提高約1倍，塑性下降約80%．這意味著能夠通過熱處理工藝來調整變形態Zn－15Al鋅合金的力學性能，可滿足不同應用領域的要求。
