固溶溫度對00Cr26Ni5Mo2Cu3Re超級雙相不銹鋼顯微組織及耐蝕性能的影響
隨固溶溫度的升高，00Cr26Ni5Mo2Cu3Re的硬度逐漸升高，在1050～1125℃硬度較高，建議在此溫度范圍內進行固溶處理。隨固溶溫度升高，鐵素體含量逐漸增加，奧氏體含量隨之減少，在1150℃之上，鐵素體含量明顯增加。鑄態時，00CrNi5Mo2Cu3Re的耐蝕性最差，隨固溶溫度的升高，其單位面積腐蝕量逐漸降低，且在1050℃達最低；隨后腐蝕量略有升高，在1050～1125℃其耐蝕性好，兩相比例較接近。奧氏體較鐵素體不耐腐蝕，且腐蝕較易在α/γ相間進行。
