用顯微組織觀察和超聲波探傷等方法，分析研究了SAE1141H鋼花鍵軸經中頻感應加熱淬火后檢驗時在線切割取樣過程中出現的開裂現象。
SAE1141H鋼花鍵軸熱處理后開裂原因分析Crack reason analysis on SAE1141H steel spline shaft after heat treatment用顯微組織觀察和超聲波探傷等方法，分析研究了SAE1141H鋼花鍵軸經中頻感應加熱淬火后檢驗時在線切割取樣過程中出現的開裂現象。結果表明，花鍵軸內部并沒有裂紋，這種開裂是中頻感應加熱淬火后花鍵軸中的殘余應力在切割過程中釋放的結果，它起源于硫化物的偏聚區并沿著硫化物擴展。通過改變檢驗時取樣的切割路線可以有效避免這種開裂現象。
Cracks on SAE1141H free-cuRing steel spline shaft．occurred during linear cutting samples for check after medium—frequency?induction hardening，were analyzed with observation of microstructure and supersonic inspection etc．The results show that there are actually?no crocks inside of the shaft and the cracks are caused by the release of residual stress during sampling after medium·frequency induction?hardening．The cracks originate from the accumulation zone of sulphides and propagate along with the sulphides．It Can be effectively avoided?by changing the cutting route during sampling.
