模具鋼材的熱處理方式與加工工序的關系
? ? (1)一般冷作模具鋼工作零件的熱處理工序安排:籌造——退火——機械加工成型——淬火與回火—工修整。
? ? (2)冷作模具鋼采用成型磨削及電加工工藝:鍛造——退火——機械粗加工——淬火或回火——精加工(磨削、電加工)。
? ? (3)冷作模具鋼復雜沖模的加工:鍛造——退火——機械粗加工——高溫回火或調質——機械加工成型——淬火與回火——磨削與電工加工成型。
? ? 大多數冷作模具鋼使用狀態為淬火與回火,模具硬度通常為60hrc,為了進一步提高模具表面硬度、耐磨性和使用壽命,常進行表面強化處理,如滲碳、滲氮、滲硼氮碳共滲、td法滲釩鈮、化學氣相村積(cvd)等作為最終熱處理。
