采用100 kN servo-hydraulic MTS型試驗機對擠壓態(tài)AZ31鎂合金進行溫度為350 ℃、應變速率為0.3 s-1和不同應變量下的熱壓縮;利用X射線衍射(XRD)測量不同應變量下的織構,并利用取向分布函數(shù)計算其織構類型,分析織構轉變;通過電子背散射衍射技術(EBSD)分析孿生的形成情況。同時,計算不同滑移系和孿生的斯密特因子,分析不同滑移系和孿生開啟的先后次序。
擠壓態(tài)AZ31鎂合金熱變形過程中的孿生和織構演變Twinning and texture evolution in extruded AZ31 magnesium alloy during hot deformation采用100 kN servo-hydraulic MTS型試驗機對擠壓態(tài)AZ31鎂合金進行溫度為350 ℃、應變速率為0.3 s-1和不同應變量下的熱壓縮;利用X射線衍射(XRD)測量不同應變量下的織構,并利用取向分布函數(shù)計算其織構類型,分析織構轉變;通過電子背散射衍射技術(EBSD)分析孿生的形成情況。同時,計算不同滑移系和孿生的斯密特因子,分析不同滑移系和孿生開啟的先后次序。結果表明:變形初期,由于拉伸孿生的出現(xiàn)導致 (0001) 和(0001) 織構的形成,并隨應變量的增加,發(fā)生動態(tài)再結晶, [0001]和 [0001]纖維織構完全由(0001) 和(0001) 織構代替;在變形初期,大部分晶粒先產(chǎn)生拉伸孿生,接著發(fā)生二階錐面滑移。
The hot compression test was performed on 100 kN servo-hydraulic MTS test machine at temperature of 350 ℃ and strain rate of 0.3 s-1?under different strains. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to measure texture. Then, the texture type under different conditions was also calculated using orientation diffraction function under different conditions, aiming to study the texture transformation. The electron back-scattering diffraction (EBSD) was used to analyze twinning. Schmid factor for different slip systems and twinning were calculated to determine the order of initiation of deformation modes. The results indicate that the extension twinning is observed at the early deformation stage, mainly contributing to the formation of (0001) and (0001) texture. [0001] and [0001] fiber texture are finally replaced by (0001) and (0001) texture as the initiation of dynamic recrystallization. At the beginning of deformation, substantial grains firstly occur extension twinning,followed by 2nd-order pyramidal slip.
