冷變形率對退火態(tài)TC2鈦合金薄板組織和性能的影響
?TC2合金是一種中等強(qiáng)度、高塑性近α型鈦合金，含有4%α穩(wěn)定元素Al和1.5%β穩(wěn)定元素Mn。合金在室溫平衡狀態(tài)下由α相和少量β相組成，β相的含量一般為2%～4%。該合金板材在熱態(tài)和有限冷態(tài)下有較好的成形性，具有較高的熱穩(wěn)定性，在350℃以下結(jié)構(gòu)件可以工作2000h，適合制造飛機(jī)機(jī)翼、安定面、襟翼、機(jī)翼等內(nèi)部受力構(gòu)件及其他焊接結(jié)構(gòu)件，在航空航天工業(yè)中獲得了廣泛應(yīng)用。尤其是大規(guī)格TC2合金板可以減少焊縫數(shù)量，在航空工業(yè)中有迫切的需要。
