冷變形率對退火態TC2鈦合金薄板組織和性能的影響
?TC2合金是一種中等強度、高塑性近α型鈦合金，含有4%α穩定元素Al和1.5%β穩定元素Mn。合金在室溫平衡狀態下由α相和少量β相組成，β相的含量一般為2%～4%。該合金板材在熱態和有限冷態下有較好的成形性，具有較高的熱穩定性，在350℃以下結構件可以工作2000h，適合制造飛機機翼、安定面、襟翼、機翼等內部受力構件及其他焊接結構件，在航空航天工業中獲得了廣泛應用。尤其是大規格TC2合金板可以減少焊縫數量，在航空工業中有迫切的需要。
