T92鋼700℃高溫時(shí)效組織與性能
?國內(nèi)外關(guān)于T/P92鋼的性能和組織已經(jīng)展開了較多的研究，包括對(duì)材料的蠕變性能和機(jī)制，高溫蠕變和時(shí)效過程中組織穩(wěn)定性等方面研究。由于ASME?CODE?Case2179-8給出了T/P92鋼管的最高設(shè)計(jì)溫度為649℃，為此，目前的研究基本都是在不高于650℃條件下進(jìn)行的。但在實(shí)際服役過程中往往會(huì)由于氧化皮剝落或其他雜質(zhì)附著，使得管壁出現(xiàn)超溫的現(xiàn)象而最終導(dǎo)致爆管事故。
