高強度鋼氫脆化的研究動向
?隨著鋼鐵材料強度的不斷提高，氫脆化的敏感性越來越明顯。板條狀馬氏體是低、中碳鋼的高強度組織。板條狀馬氏體中的初期奧氏體晶粒按照不同顯微組織單位，可分為板條狀、塊狀和片狀。以前，對低碳馬氏體鋼的氫脆化現象與馬氏體顯微組織的關系進行了調查。結果可知，氫脆化產生的斷裂是原始奧氏體晶界附近生成的裂紋沿板條狀晶界和塊狀晶界傳播而產生的。有研究報告從結晶學方面對含碳量不同的中碳馬氏體的氫脆化斷裂面進行了解析，由此明確了隨著馬氏體強度的提高，氫脆化的斷裂形態會發生變化。
