造孔劑法制備多孔生物醫(yī)用Ti2448合金Porous Ti-24Nb-4Zr-8Sn alloy for biomedical applications?fabricated by space-holder method采用添加造孔劑的粉末冶金方法制備高強(qiáng)度低模量大塊多孔醫(yī)用Ti-24Nb-4Zr-8Sn(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),%,簡(jiǎn)稱Ti2448)合金。采用掃描電鏡(SEM)、壓縮試驗(yàn)和彈性模量?jī)x對(duì)其形貌特征、力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:由于造孔劑PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)具有較好的塑性,在冷軋成形過程中能夠保持其原始形狀,故可以制備出孔隙特征參數(shù)和力學(xué)性能均可調(diào)的多孔Ti2448合金;隨著造孔劑粒徑的增加,平均孔徑增加,壓縮強(qiáng)度和彈性模量減?。浑S著燒結(jié)溫度的升高,孔隙率和平均孔徑略有減小,壓縮強(qiáng)度和彈性模量增加。
Porous biomedical Ti-24Nb-4Zr-8Sn (mass fraction, %, Ti2448) alloy with high strength and low modulus was fabricated by powder metallurgy which was called space-holder method. The porous structures and mechanical properties of the porous alloy were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), compressive tests and instrument of elastic modulus. The results show that the good plasticity of space-holder (PMMA) greatly facilitates the fabrication of porous Ti2448 alloys with adjustable pore characteristics and mechanical properties. The average pore size of porous Ti2448 alloy increases correspondingly with the increase of size of space-holder, but compressive strength and elastic modulus take on the trend of decreasing. The effect of sintering temperature is not obvious to the average pore diameter and porosity, but compressive strength and elastic modulus increase with the rising of sintering temperature.
