以充分均勻化處理的海綿鈦和中間合金為原料,研究制備化學(xué)成分高均勻性光譜法分析TC11鈦合金化學(xué)成分用標(biāo)樣的合理工藝,并對影響鑄錠合金成分均勻性和冶金質(zhì)量的主要工藝因素進(jìn)行分析和探討。
光譜法分析TC11鈦合金用標(biāo)樣化學(xué)成分控制Control of chemical composition of TC11 alloy?standard sample for spectral analysis以充分均勻化處理的海綿鈦和中間合金為原料,研究制備化學(xué)成分高均勻性光譜法分析TC11鈦合金化學(xué)成分用標(biāo)樣的合理工藝,并對影響鑄錠合金成分均勻性和冶金質(zhì)量的主要工藝因素進(jìn)行分析和探討。結(jié)果表明:采用化學(xué)成分合格、粒度適宜的中間合金與海綿鈦單塊混料均勻制備的自耗電極經(jīng)真空自耗電弧爐三次熔煉制得的標(biāo)樣冶金質(zhì)量優(yōu)異,合金元素及雜質(zhì)元素分布均勻、波動小,完全滿足光譜法分析TC11鈦合金化學(xué)成分用標(biāo)樣要求。
The sponge titanium and master alloys were used as the raw materials. The reasonable technique to prepare the high uniformity TC11 standard sample for spectral analysis was determined. The main process factors affected the uniformity of the chemical property and the metallurgical quality were analysed and discussed. The results show that the TC11 alloy standard sample with good quality, fine uniformity and well satisfied for spectral analysis can be obtained through taking the master alloy of the eligible chemical property and the appropriate size, well-mixed with the sponge titanium as raw materials after three times vacuum arc furnace (VAR) smelting.
