低溫用CT20鈦合金的電子束焊接工藝

采用真空電子束焊接工藝研究CT20鈦合金的焊接性能,分析電子束焊接過程中不同工藝參數對焊縫形狀的影響。通過對顯微組織的觀察以及顯微硬度和低溫拉伸性能的測試,分析焊接接頭顯微組織、斷口形貌及焊縫中氣孔的形成。
低溫用CT20鈦合金的電子束焊接工藝Electron beam welding process of CT20 Ti alloy采用真空電子束焊接工藝研究CT20鈦合金的焊接性能,分析電子束焊接過程中不同工藝參數對焊縫形狀的影響。通過對顯微組織的觀察以及顯微硬度和低溫拉伸性能的測試,分析焊接接頭顯微組織、斷口形貌及焊縫中氣孔的形成。結果表明:CT20鈦合金的焊接性能優良,焊接接頭的抗拉強度達到785 MPa,斷口部位位于熱影響區;焊縫和靠近焊縫熱影響區的顯微組織均為典型的魏式組織,母材顯微組織為塊狀初生α相和β轉變組織構成的雙態組織。采用真空電子束焊焊接的CT20合金板材,其焊縫的硬度值比母材的高,焊縫和熱影響區中較粗大的原始β相一部分轉變為過飽和的針狀馬氏體。
CT20 alloy plates was welded by using vacuum electron beam welding process, through observing the microstructure, testing the microhardness and the microstructure and property of welded joints, and the formation of porosities in the weld were analyzed. The results show that the porosities are formed in weld metal when CT20 alloy is welded by vacuum electron beam welding, the hardness value of weld metal is higher than that of the base metal, but the impact toughness value of the weld metal is lower than that of the base metal. The partial coarse original β phase in the weld and HAZ metals are changed into the supersaturated acicular martensite. There are a little acicular α′ phase in the middle of the weld metal, and the interlaced α structure is formed.
