針對TC18鈦合金鑄錠化學(xué)成分均勻性難以控制的技術(shù)難點(diǎn)，研究合金元素加入方式、熔化工藝參數(shù)等對鑄錠成分均勻性的影響。結(jié)果表明：以Al-Mo、三元含F(xiàn)e中間合金或四元中間合金等作為添加劑，對原料進(jìn)行均勻化處理，并采用合理的熔化工藝，可獲得成分均勻、滿足要求的大規(guī)格TC18鑄錠。

Aiming at the technical difficulties of chemical uniformity control of TC18 titanium alloy ingot, the influences of alloy elements adding mode and melting process parameters on chemical uniformity were studied. The results indicate that through evening on raw materials, adding Al-Mo, ternary iron alloy and quaternary alloy as additives, and making proper melting process parameters, good chemical uniformity and large size of TC18 ingot can be obtained.
