在Gleeble?1500熱模擬機(jī)上對(duì)Ti80合金進(jìn)行了熱模擬壓縮試驗(yàn),變形溫度為800~1 050 ℃,應(yīng)變速率為0.001~10 s?1,最大變形量為60%。
Ti80合金熱壓縮變形組織與加工圖Microstructure and processing map of hot compressing?deformation of Ti80 alloy在Gleeble?1500熱模擬機(jī)上對(duì)Ti80合金進(jìn)行了熱模擬壓縮試驗(yàn),變形溫度為800~1 050 ℃,應(yīng)變速率為0.001~10 s?1,最大變形量為60%。變形組織分析表明:在低應(yīng)變速率或接近相變溫度的高應(yīng)變速率條件下變形,可以發(fā)生動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶。根據(jù)熱壓縮試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)建立的加工圖表明:Ti80合金在高溫變形時(shí)主要有2個(gè)合適的加工區(qū)域,一個(gè)是變形溫度為800~950 ℃,應(yīng)變速率為0.01 s?1以下的區(qū)域;另一個(gè)是在相變溫度以下40 ℃內(nèi),應(yīng)變速率為10 s?1以上的區(qū)域。
The isothermal compression of Ti80 alloy was carried out on a Gleeble?1500 simulator at temperature of 800?1 050 ℃, strain rate of 0.001?10 s?1?and maximum deformation of 60%. The microstructure analysis after hot deformation indicates that recrystallization occurs under the condition of low strain rate and high strain rate near transformation temperature. According to the experimental data, the obtained processing map presents two suitable process zones, including temperature region of 800?950 ℃ and under 0.01 s?1?and that of 40 ℃ lower than transformation temperature and beyond 10 s?1?of strain rates.
