熱處理對GH1016合金組織和性能的影響
?GH1016合金是以鎢、鉬、鈮、氮強化的奧氏體鐵基合金，合金固溶狀態組織為奧氏體，還有體積分數約為2%的初生Z相存在。該合金主要用于制造發動機的安裝邊，使用溫度在750℃左右。實踐表明，采用1160℃保溫后直接空冷的熱處理制度對GH1016合金處理后，合金在600～800℃的延伸率和斷面縮率均低于600℃以下的相應數據，存在中溫低塑性現象，特別是在750℃達到了最低點。
