研究固溶+時(shí)效工藝對(duì)一種新型高強(qiáng)高韌損傷容限型鈦合金Ti-62A的組織與拉伸性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:該合金在兩相區(qū)固溶+時(shí)效處理后,合金的基本組織類型為典型的網(wǎng)籃狀組織,即層片狀的α相和β轉(zhuǎn)變組織;經(jīng)過熱機(jī)械處理以后,合金的綜合力學(xué)性能良好,抗拉強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1 185 MPa,屈服強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1 100 MPa,且兼具有良好的塑性匹配。

Effects of solution and aging processing on microstructure and tensile properties of a new type of high strength and high toughness titanium alloy for damage tolerance (Ti-62A) were discussed. The experimental results show that typical microstructure of the alloy in α/β solution and aging is basket-like microstructure (the strip of α phase and β changes structure). After the thermal mechanical processing, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy are excellent. The tensile strength of alloy is 1 185 MPa, and the yield strength is 1 100 MPa with a good plasticity.
