研究了固溶時效對TC4ELI鈦合金室溫拉伸性能、硬度、沖擊韌性、斷裂韌度及金相組織的影響。結果表明:提高固溶溫度、增大固溶冷卻速率、降低時效溫度可以提高TC4ELI合金的強度;降低固溶溫度、減小固溶冷卻速率、降低時效溫度可以提高TC4ELI合金的沖擊韌性和斷裂韌度;TC4ELI合金金相組織中片狀α相的形貌對合金的沖擊韌性和斷裂韌度起決定作用。

The effects of solution treatment on room temperature tensile properties, hardness, impact toughness, fracture toughness and metallurgical structure of TC4ELI titanium alloy were studied. The results show that the tensile strength of TC4ELI titanium alloy can be improved by enhancing solution temperature, cooling rate or by reducing aging temperature. The impact toughness and fracture toughness of TC4ELI titanium alloy can be improved by reducing solution temperature, cooling rate or aging temperature. The configuration of lamellar α phase plays a determinated effect on impact toughness and fracture toughness.
