研究α+β、β和β三段熱處理方法對原位自生TiB和La2O3增強鈦基復合材料組織和拉伸性能的影響。用金相顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡進行組織和增強體觀察,熱處理后對材料進行室溫和高溫拉伸實驗。結果表明,熱處理前、后增強體穩定。α+β熱處理得到雙態組織,β和β三段熱處理得到片層組織。α+β熱處理后試樣的室溫和高溫拉伸性能較好,β三段熱處理后的室溫和高溫拉伸性能均優于β熱處理的。

The effects of α+β, β and β triplex heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of in situ synthesized (TiB+La2O3)/Ti composite were studied. The microstructures and reinforcements were examined by means of optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Room and high temperature tensile properties of the specimens were tested. The results show that TiB and La2O3?are stable after heat treatment. Duplex structures are obtained after α+β heat treatment. Laminar α structures are gained after β and β triplex heat treatment. Room and high temperature tensile properties of the specimens after α+β and β triplex heat treatment are better than those after β heat treatment.
