在變形溫度700~860 ℃、應變速率0.001~1 s?1下,對TB6合金進行熱壓縮變形,以研究TB6合金的熱壓縮流變應力行為。研究溫度、變形量、應變速率等因素對TB6熱變形流變應力的影響,建立了TB6合金熱變形流變應力的本構(gòu)模型方程。
TB6合金熱壓縮流變應力行為Flow stress behavior of TB6 titanium alloy during?hot compression deformation at elevated temperature在變形溫度700~860 ℃、應變速率0.001~1 s?1下,對TB6合金進行熱壓縮變形,以研究TB6合金的熱壓縮流變應力行為。研究溫度、變形量、應變速率等因素對TB6熱變形流變應力的影響,建立了TB6合金熱變形流變應力的本構(gòu)模型方程。結(jié)果表明:合金在熱壓縮過程中,流變應力隨著應變的增大而增加,達到峰值應力后逐漸趨于平穩(wěn);應力峰值隨著應變速率的增大而增大,隨著溫度的升高而呈減小趨勢。
The flow stress behavior of TB6 titanium alloy during hot compression deformation was studied by thermal simulation at deformation temperature from 700 ℃ to 860 ℃ and the strain rate from 0.001 s?1?to 1 s?1. The influence of temperature, strain rate and strain rate on the flow stress behavior during hot deformation was described, and the constitutive equation of the plastic deformation of TB6 alloy was obtained. The results show that the flow stress increases with the increase of strain and tends to be constant after a peak value. The peak stress increases with the increase of strain rate, and tends to decrease with the increase of deformation temperature.
