采用熱膨脹法和金相法研究近α鈦合金Ti60溶解動力學(xué)和固溶組織特征。結(jié)果表明:快速加熱使得α相開始溶解溫度升高,溶解速率加快;兩相區(qū)固溶時α相發(fā)生溶解和球化,其形貌由等軸狀轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闄E球或條狀,形成細(xì)小、彌散的α相顆粒;隨后在熟化過程中形成大小不一的初生α相。
Ti60鈦合金α相溶解動力學(xué)及固溶組織特征α phase solution kinetics and solution microstructure characteristics of Ti60 titanium alloy采用熱膨脹法和金相法研究近α鈦合金Ti60溶解動力學(xué)和固溶組織特征。結(jié)果表明:快速加熱使得α相開始溶解溫度升高,溶解速率加快;兩相區(qū)固溶時α相發(fā)生溶解和球化,其形貌由等軸狀轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闄E球或條狀,形成細(xì)小、彌散的α相顆粒;隨后在熟化過程中形成大小不一的初生α相。
Analysis of α phase solution kinetics and solution microstructure characteristics were carried out by dilatometry and microscopic test. The results indicate that rapid heating treatment increases transformation temperature and velocity of α phase solution. Evolution of α phase during solution treatment includes solution, spheroidization, the shape of primary α phase changes from equiaxial to ellipsoidal or bar shapes, and finally small dispersed α particles. After that, primary α phases with different sizes form during ripening.
