船舶排氣歧管00Cr19NbTi不銹鋼的成分設計及其組織與性能
?隨著近年來船舶工業的快速發展，中國船舶業在全球市場上所占的比重正在逐年上升，中國已經成為全球重要的造船中心，而國際制造業的產業轉移是中國船舶制造業發展面臨的最大機遇，但是設計能力落后、配套產業發展滯后是制約行業發展的主要瓶頸。其中，船舶排氣系統高溫端由于性能升級的需要在服役過程中將會經受1050℃的高溫考驗，出現高溫氧化腐蝕現象，這就要求排氣歧管用不銹鋼具有高溫抗氧化的功能。本工作研究了稀土元素對排氣歧管不銹鋼在連續氧化環境下的高溫氧化性能，并探討了其作用機理，研究結果可為抗高溫氧化性能的排氣歧管不銹鋼的開發提供必要的參考。
