通過加入中間合金的方式向7715D鈦合金中加入第二相,研究了合金元素對7715D高溫鈦合金力學性能的影響。研究結果表明:添加一定量的Ta、B和C后,材料的相變溫度發生改變,室溫拉伸性能和高溫拉伸性能都有顯著提高;通過對拉伸斷口進行觀察,初步研究合金的斷裂機制。
Second phases as master alloys were added into 7715D titanium alloy. The effect of alloying elements on the mechanical properties of 7715D alloy was studied. The results show that the phase transformation temperature of the alloy is changed and the tensile properties at room and high temperature are improved observably. The failure mechanism of this titanium alloy was researched primarily by observation of fracture surface.
