研究不同的鍛造溫度對TC4-DT棒材力學性能及顯微組織的影響。結果表明:隨著鍛造溫度的升高,試樣的室溫強度和塑性明顯提高,但當溫度升高到相變點以上時,強度開始降低。從顯微組織來看,在相變點以下時,溫度的升高導致初生α相含量明顯降低,條狀次生α相明顯增多;當溫度升高到相變點以上時,得到片狀組織,溫度越高,片狀組織越粗大。因此,細小的次生α相對于強度的貢獻要大于初生α相,原因是采用了同樣的熱處理制度,固溶強化的效果基本相同,強化作用主要由界面產生。
The effects of forging temperature on mechanical property and microstructure of TC4-DT titanium were researched. The results show that the room temperature tensile intensity and plasticity of samples increase with increasing forging temperature below transformation temperature. And room temperature tensile intensity increases when the forging temperature increases above the transformation temperature. With increasing forging temperature under transformation temperature, the primary α phase is reduced, and secondary α phase obviously increases. While forging temperature is above transformation temperature, the film structure appears. And film structure grows large with increasing forging temperature. Therefore, secondary α phase is more favorable to intensity.
