通過熱處理得到3種強度級別的Ti-1023合金材料。拉伸和疲勞試驗結果表明,在時效溫度為510~560 ℃的范圍內,Ti-1023合金的軸向拉壓疲勞極限隨屈服強度的提高而提高。拉伸斷口分析表明,高強度Ti-1023的斷裂模式為沿晶斷裂,在較低強度Ti-1023斷裂模式以韌性斷裂為主的韌性和沿晶斷裂的混合斷裂模式。疲勞斷口分析則表明,在較低載荷時,時效溫度對斷口疲勞區域的影響較小。

The Ti-1023 alloys with three levels of strengths were achieved through heat treatment. The analysis of tensile and axial tension-compression fatigue test shows that the fatigue limits raise with raising yield strength between 510 ℃ and 560 ℃ aging temperatures. The tensile fracture analysis indicates that it will be intergranular rupture pattern with high strength, and will transfer to mixed fracture pattern with mainly ductile rupture and a small amount of intergranular rupture. Aging temperature has little effect on fatigue area of fracture face under lower load.
