LC9鋁合金是航空航天領域主要的結構材料,該材料傳統的檢測方法都是建立在對材料有損害的基礎上進行的,且存在試驗周期長、取樣范圍有限等缺點,尤其不適合現場檢測。該試驗以經過固溶處理的LC9鋁合金作為研究對象,通過試驗分析了不同時效狀態下顯微組織與超聲波速率的關系。

LC9鋁合金是航空航天領域主要的結構材料,該材料傳統的檢測方法都是建立在對材料有損害的基礎上進行的,且存在試驗周期長、取樣范圍有限等缺點,尤其不適合現場檢測。該試驗以經過固溶處理的LC9鋁合金作為研究對象,通過試驗分析了不同時效狀態下顯微組織與超聲波速率的關系。結果表明: 不同的超聲波速率對應不同的顯微組織,在其他材料的組織性能檢測中,也可用超聲波檢測來判斷其顯微組織。
LC9 aluminum alloy is the primary structure material in the field of aeronautics and astronautics. The traditional detection methods of this material are all based on damage to the material, and have the disadvantages of long experimental cycle and limit sampling area. Thus they are especially not suitable for on-site inspection. LC9 aluminum alloy after solid solution treatment was chosen as the research object in the experiment. The relationship between the microstructure and ultrasonic velocity of LC9 aluminum alloy under different aging condition was analyzed through testing. The results show that the ultrasonic velocity varied corresponding to different microstructure. The ultrasonic detection could be used to determine the microstructure of other materials.
