奧氏體不銹鋼晶間腐蝕的控制
? ?在不銹鋼發生的各種腐蝕中晶間腐蝕約占10%,?它會使晶粒間的結合力有所下降，在應力的作用下，極易產生裂紋，甚至碎成粉末，并且很隱蔽，從其外形上看不出來。同時它也是誘導其它腐蝕的主要原因。奧氏體不銹鋼的晶間腐蝕主要是由于晶界區貧Cr所引起的，而C容易和Cr形成化合物，使Cr含量減少。為此，晶間腐蝕的防止措施是：
