The factory of AiLiAi in Shanghai has an strong capability in alloys making. The factory produces many types of difficult-to-fabricate alloys and has a great capability in new product development. 談到如何精準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)品質(zhì)，上海艾荔艾金屬材料有限公司總裁林正則說(shuō)：“藉由研發(fā)、冶煉、品管及技術(shù)服務(wù)員工組成的技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，去匯集客戶(hù)需求轉(zhuǎn)化成一套冶金規(guī)范系統(tǒng)，以從事工藝參數(shù)和品質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)”，接著，他表示："源頭管理很重要，品質(zhì)是生活化中嚴(yán)格落實(shí)產(chǎn)、銷(xiāo)、購(gòu)每一步驟的具體過(guò)程，馬虎不得，公司最核心的理念即在此連貫流程中彰顯出來(lái)”，為何能有效降低下游客戶(hù)成本，提高客戶(hù)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力？林正則強(qiáng)調(diào)：“不走高材低用，以適材適用為極關(guān)鍵的開(kāi)發(fā)宗旨，大力增加符合該特定產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)品附加價(jià)值”。制造讓下游工廠皆買(mǎi)得起的高品質(zhì)合金產(chǎn)品，發(fā)揮最佳價(jià)值的量以強(qiáng)化客戶(hù)的外銷(xiāo)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，是艾荔艾與客戶(hù)共存共榮的目標(biāo)。”
Forest Lin, General Manager of AiLiAi explained:" After we receives an order from a client, first, a technical team is formed by our R & D staff, Metallurgical Division, QA Division and Technical Services Division; next, the team collects the specifications required by the client and converts them into metallurgical system". Moreover, “To secure high quality, we have to be prudent in our production, sale and purchase at any time. This is our core value", he said. The company has laid a solid foundation in research and development and has developed various types of alloy products. ?

Attention to Quality and Details Is Incorporated into Each Employee’s Daily Life
艾荔艾現(xiàn)技術(shù)部大部分人負(fù)責(zé)研究開(kāi)發(fā)、工藝改善、品管與技術(shù)服務(wù)，其余則擔(dān)任質(zhì)檢工作，從原料、半成品、成品各階段工藝即建立各項(xiàng)評(píng)估小組，并以精實(shí)工藝做線上檢驗(yàn)，執(zhí)行含無(wú)損NDT（PT/ET/UT）的檢測(cè)工作，確保原料檢驗(yàn)、生產(chǎn)段半成品質(zhì)檢、成品倉(cāng)庫(kù)與出貨前巡檢的管制作業(yè)，配備先進(jìn)試驗(yàn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行材料合金設(shè)計(jì)、化學(xué)成分分析、宏微觀組織分析（OM/SEM/EDS）等各項(xiàng)工藝模擬測(cè)試。林正則說(shuō)：“我們持續(xù)強(qiáng)化員工無(wú)損檢測(cè)能力、MSA量測(cè)系統(tǒng)分析與實(shí)驗(yàn)室能力比對(duì)，提升檢測(cè)能力與技術(shù)一致化的水平”，艾荔艾重視員工創(chuàng)造力，“別人做不到的，但我們做到了，這就是激發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)往前走的最大成就感來(lái)源，艾荔艾不說(shuō)太多的品管標(biāo)語(yǔ)，但數(shù)字會(huì)說(shuō)話，當(dāng)客戶(hù)將對(duì)我們采購(gòu)的需求量由原有的10%提高至90%時(shí)，就是我們品質(zhì)不斷提升的銷(xiāo)售實(shí)證”，林正則補(bǔ)充道。
Currently, most employees in the Tech. Dept. of AiLiAi are responsible for research and development, improvements of production processes, quality control and technical services; the others focus on quality inspections, which cover all production processes, including checks for raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. In addition, advanced testing equipments are used to facilitate material alloying design, chemical material analysis, OM/SEM/EDS, and other manufacturing simulation testings. “We do not use many quality-related slogans; the numbers speak for themselves. For example, when the purchase ratio on our products jumps from 10% to 90%, it proves that our product quality has continuous growth,” Lin further concluded.?
