以5182鋁合金板本構(gòu)方程為基礎(chǔ),采用ABAQUS有限元模擬軟件對5182鋁合金板溫沖壓過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,研究沖壓溫度和沖壓速度等工藝因素對板材成形性能的影響;通過溫沖壓實(shí)驗(yàn)探討5182鋁合金板在不同沖壓溫度、沖壓速度下的極限拉深比(LDR)。實(shí)驗(yàn)及模擬結(jié)果表明:沖壓速度為0.1 mm/s時,合金的LDR值并非隨著溫度的升高而單調(diào)增加;沖壓溫度為523 K時,隨著沖壓速度的增加,LDR值逐漸降低;5182鋁合金板的沖壓性能主要受變形過程中板材的溫度梯度與應(yīng)變速率的影響;模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果具有良好的一致性。
Based on the constitutive equation of 5182 aluminum alloy, the influence of process parameters, such as drawing temperature and stamping speed, was investigated by ABAQUS soft during the numerical simulation. By warm stamping experiment,the limiting drawing ratio (LDR) value of 5182 aluminum alloy sheet at different stamping temperatures and stamping speeds was obtained. The experimental and simulation results show that the LDR value of 5182 aluminum alloy does not increase with the raise of forming temperature monotonously when the drawing speed is 0.1 mm/s. LDR value decreases with the increase of stamping speed ,when the forming temperature is 523 K. The drawing property of 5182 aluminum alloy is mainly affected by the temperature gradient and strain rate in the deformation process. The simulation results fit well with the experimental ones.
