FGH96合金粉末的俄歇分析及預熱處理

針對等離子旋轉電極工藝制備的FGH96合金粉末,采用俄歇電子能譜對合金粉末的顆粒表面進行成分分析,并利用透射電鏡對預熱處理后粉末中的碳化物演變進行研究。

針對等離子旋轉電極工藝制備的FGH96合金粉末,采用俄歇電子能譜對合金粉末的顆粒表面進行成分分析,并利用透射電鏡對預熱處理后粉末中的碳化物演變進行研究。結果表明:FGH96合金粉末的顆粒表面明顯存在O、C和Ti元素的偏聚,原始合金粉末的顆粒表面由O和C 原子吸附層和富含Ti元素的碳?氧化物層組成;經過預熱處理,顆粒中形成于快速凝固過程中的MC′亞穩碳化物轉變成穩定的MC碳化物,并析出M23C6碳化物,明顯改善了顆粒內碳化物的穩定性和分布狀態。
The chemical composition on particle surface of FGH96 superalloy powders was analyzed by means of auger electron spectroscopy (AES), and the carbide evolution after pre-heat treatment was also analyzed by TEM. The results show that elements O, C and Ti segregate on the particle surface, which is composed of absorption layer and oxy-carbides layer. The absorption layer is mainly composed of O and C atoms, while the oxy-carbides layer is characterized as Ti oxide and carbide. MC′ metastable carbide precipitates during the quick solidification, after the pre-heat treatment, the metastable carbide MC′ changes to stable MC carbide and M23C6?precipitates. This improves the stability and distribution state of carbide in the particles.
