對國內外關于Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe系新鋯合金中第二相粒子的研究情況進行評述,并重點探討不同種類Zr-Nb-Fe析出相的成分、晶體結構及其形成機制和條件。合金中的Zr-Nb-Fe析出相有兩種:一種為六方結構的MgZn2型Zr(Nb, Fe)2?Laves相,其形成與合金中作為雜質存在的Cr元素有關;另一種為立方結構的Ti2Ni型(Zr, Nb)2Fe相,與合金中普遍含有的O元素有關。對大量不同成分的Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe系合金的檢測證實,可以用一個由合金中Nb和Fe含量確定的R*參數來分析其成分變化時合金中可能出現的析出相類型。
The investigations of the second phase particles (SPPs) in Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe new zirconium alloys at home and abroad were reviewed, paying close attention to the composition, crystallographic structure and formation mechanism and condition of various Zr-Nb-Fe SPPs. There are two types of Zr-Nb-Fe SPPs: one is C14 (HCP, MgZn2) Zr(Nb, Fe)2--?whose formation relates to the impurity element of Cr, and the other is C15 (FCC, Ti2Ni) (Zr, Nb)2Fe particle for which oxygen plays a very important role. The examination to large mounts of Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe alloys with various compositions testifies that a parameter, R*, which is determined by Nb and Fe contents, can be successfully used to deduce which types of SPPs will mainly present when changing alloy compositions.
