近β型Ti-1300合金的顯微組織分析Microstructure analysis of near β Ti-1300 alloy
采用掃描電鏡和透射電鏡分析近β型Ti-1300鈦合金在初始鍛造態、固溶+淬火態(β和α+β固溶態)以及固溶+時效態下的顯微組織變化。結果表明:鍛造態合金中初生α相內部發生孿生切變行為,基體β相晶內發生β→α相變。合金經過α+β固溶淬火處理,殘留的初生α相中仍然可觀察到細小孿生α相。孿生α相有兩種不同變體(α1和α2),互成60°生長方向,而且與基體α相也成60°的孿生關系,其間的晶體學取向關系為:{1120}α, twinning//{1120}α,á0001?α, twinning?//á1101?α。Ti-1300鈦合金與大多數近β型鈦合金的時效特征相類似。
The microstructure changes of near β Ti-1300 alloy, including the originally forged sample, the solution treated and the quenched sample (β and (α+β) solid solution state) and solution treated and aged sample, were investigated in detailly by SEM and TEM. The results show that, in the as-forged alloy, the twinning deformation behavior occurs in the primary α phase, the β→α phase transformation also occurs in the base β phase. During the (α+β)-solutionized condition of the forged samples, the twinning α phase is still found in the residual α phase. The twinning α phase has two different variants (α1?and α2), the α1?variant is rotated about 60° with respect to α2?variant, and the two variants have 60° angle twinning relationship with the base α phase, the orientation relationship can be described as follows:{1120}α, twinning//{1120}α, á0001?α, twinning?//á1101?α. The aging characteristics of Ti-1300 alloy are similar to the other near β titanium.
