熱軋溫度對Ti-45Nb合金棒材微觀組織及力學性能的影響

對Ti-45Nb鈦合金精鍛棒材分別在750、800和850 ℃下進行熱軋實驗,并利用光學顯微鏡對試樣的橫向和縱向組織進行觀察,對合金的室溫強度和塑性指標進行測試。結果表明:在800 ℃溫度下熱軋時,合金均具有優良的室溫強度和塑性,室溫強度在420 MPa以上,室溫塑性大于25%,顯微組織為動態再結晶的細小等軸組織,且隨著軋制溫度升高,抗拉強度和塑性在800 ℃軋制時同時增高,在850 ℃時又同時降低。通過對成品絲材的組織和性能對比分析可知,750和800 ℃軋制的棒材加工到絲材,性能均滿足標準要求,Ti-45Nb合金的最佳熱軋溫度可以確定為750~800 ℃。
The titanium alloy forging bars was hot-rolled at 750, 800 and 850 ℃, respectively, the sample longitudinal and horizontal microstructure were observed using an optical microscope, the strength and plasticity of the alloy was tested at room temperature. The results show that hot-rolled alloys under 800 ℃ have excellent strength and ductility at room temperature, the strength at room temperature is over 420 MPa, ductility at room temperature is over 25%, the microstructure consists of fine equiaxed dynamic recrystallization grains. With the rolling temperature rising, the tensile strength and ductility of the bars rolled at 800 ℃ increase, the tensile strength and ductility of the bars rolled at 850 ℃ decrease. Comparative analysis of microstructure and properties of wires, the mechanical properties of the wires made of the bars rolled at 750 ℃ and 800 ℃ can meet the standards. It can be determined that Ti-45Nb alloy optimum hot rolling temperature is 750~800 ℃.
