Ti6321合金高溫變形行為及流動(dòng)應(yīng)力模型

在Gleeble-1500型熱模擬壓縮機(jī)上對(duì)Ti6321鈦合金在溫度為850~990 ℃、應(yīng)變速率為0.01~10.0 s-1、變形程度為60%的條件下進(jìn)行了熱模擬壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)。

在Gleeble-1500型熱模擬壓縮機(jī)上對(duì)Ti6321鈦合金在溫度為850~990 ℃、應(yīng)變速率為0.01~10.0 s-1、變形程度為60%的條件下進(jìn)行了熱模擬壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:Ti6321合金在變形開(kāi)始階段,流動(dòng)應(yīng)力隨應(yīng)變的增加迅速增加至峰值,隨著變形的繼續(xù)進(jìn)行流動(dòng)應(yīng)力開(kāi)始下降并逐漸趨于穩(wěn)定;變形溫度升高和應(yīng)變速率減小使峰值應(yīng)力顯著降低。利用多元回歸分析建立Ti6321鈦合金在高溫變形時(shí)的流動(dòng)應(yīng)力模型,模型的計(jì)算值與實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的平均相對(duì)誤差為6.59%,該模型較好地描述Ti6321鈦合金在高溫變形過(guò)程中的流動(dòng)行為。
The isothermal compression of Ti6321 titanium alloy in the deformation temperature range from 850 to 990 ℃, the strain rate range from 0.01 to 10.0 s-1?and the deformation degree of 60% was conducted on a Gleeble-1500 isothermel compressor. The results show that the flow stress of Ti6321 titanium alloy increases quickly with the strain and reaches a peak, then decreases slowly to a near steady value. The peak stress significantly decreases with the increase of deformation temperature and decrease of strain rate. The flow stress model Ti6321 titanium alloy during high temperature deformation was established by using the regression method. The average relative difference between the calculated and experimental flow stress is 6.59%. The flow stress model can efficiently predict the deformation behavior of Ti6321 titanium alloy during high temperature deformation.
