研究斜軋穿孔方式制備的CT20鈦合金管坯在開坯、精軋一系列冷軋變形過程中的組織演化和室溫力學(xué)性能變化。結(jié)果表明:斜軋穿孔制備的CT20合金管坯,其組織為有明顯β晶界的粗大片狀組織。對管坯進(jìn)行大于70%冷變形率的兩輥開坯軋制,無法充分破碎粗大的片狀組織,能夠獲得等軸晶與變形片狀共存的組織。
The microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of the tube used as the Mannesmann piercing mill tube blank were investigated. The results show that the CT20 alloy billet pierced in the β field has a coarse widmanstatten structure with the original β grain boundary. The 70% or higher processing deformation degree does not lead to the fragmenting of the coarse widmanstatten structure in the billet, and the final microstructure of the tubes is the combination of the equiaxed α-grains and the colonies of deformed α-lath.
