去應力退火對Ti6321合金組織與性能的影響Effect of stress relieving treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti6321 alloy
采用光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、透射電鏡、拉伸試驗等手段系統研究去應力退火對Ti6321合金顯微組織和力學性能的影響。結果表明：經去應力退火處理后，Ti6321合金的晶間β相中析出了少量的細針狀α相，屈服強度、抗拉強度均有明顯提高，伸長率變化不大。去應力退火不會對材料的性能產生不利影響。
The effect of stress relieving treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti6321 alloy was systemically investigated by optical micrograph, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and tensile tests. After stress relieving treatment, nanoscale acicular α could be seen in the intergranular β. Yield strength and tensile strength was significantly improved, the elongation was not influenced. Stress relieving treatment does not significantly affect the mechanical properties of Ti6321 alloy.
