采用有限元模擬研究等溫鍛造過程中TC17鈦合金片層組織球化行為。通過熱模擬壓縮試驗(yàn)獲得熱變形過程中變形參數(shù)對(duì)該合金球化行為的影響。以Avrami方程為基礎(chǔ)建立該合金片層組織球化模型,并將其嵌入有限元模擬軟件(DEFORM-3D),使其具有預(yù)測(cè)和模擬球化過程的功能。進(jìn)行圓柱形工件等溫鍛造及其相應(yīng)的有限元模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證所建模型的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)二次開發(fā)的軟件可準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測(cè)等溫鍛造過程中TC17鈦合金片層組織的球化行為。
The globularization behavior of TC17 titanium alloy
during isothermal forging procedure was studied by finite element simulation. On
the basis of the Avrami equation and thermo-simulation compression experiment,
the prediction model was established, and the model was merged into DEFORM-3D.
The isothermal forging of cylinder workpieces and corresponding simulation were
performed. The results show that the second development model can be used to
reasonably and precisely predict the globularization behavior of TC17
alloy.
