采用延長(zhǎng)界面反應(yīng)時(shí)間的方法,通過SEM、OM、EDS、XRD等分析測(cè)試手段,研究了Ti-1100高溫鈦合金與氧化釔型殼間的界面反應(yīng)。

采用延長(zhǎng)界面反應(yīng)時(shí)間的方法,通過SEM、OM、EDS、XRD等分析測(cè)試手段,研究了Ti-1100高溫鈦合金與氧化釔型殼間的界面反應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:在本實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,Ti-1100合金熔體與氧化釔型殼間的界面比較平整,沒有看到明顯的界面反應(yīng)層存在;界面處的相組成主要為α-Ti和Y2O3;從界面處向合金基體內(nèi)組織比較均勻,由細(xì)小的針狀α板條和部分粗大塊狀α構(gòu)成,基體內(nèi)分布有小的氧化釔顆粒。
The interfacial reaction between high-temperature
titanium alloy Ti-1100 and Y2O3 ceramic mold was studied
through prolonging reaction time. The morphologies and microstructures of
interface were analyzed by XRD, OM and SEM/EDS. The results show that the
interface between high-temperature titanium alloy Ti-1100 and
Y2O3 ceramic mold is flat, wihout any significant reaction
layer. The α-Ti and Y2O3 phase are found on the interface.
The microstructures from the interface to base alloy are homogeneous, consisting
of fine needle α phase and massive α phase. Also, some fine
Y2O3 particles are found in the base alloy.
