熱等靜壓對K4169高溫合金組織與性能的影響Effect of hot isostatic pressing on microstructures and properties of superalloy K4169
對K4169高溫合金鑄件后處理工藝進行研究,通過拉伸試驗、持久和疲勞測試,并結合光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和透射電鏡分析,研究熱等靜壓處理對合金組織和綜合力學性能的影響規律。結果表明:1165 ℃、4 h、140 MPa熱等靜壓處理可有效消除鑄態組織中的顯微疏松和Laves相;與直接進行標準熱處理相比,對合金進行熱等靜壓處理后再進行固溶、時效處理,合金組織中γ″相數量增加,尺寸和分布更加均勻。由于顯微組織的改善,合金室溫和650 ℃抗拉強度和塑性均明顯提高,650 ℃、620 MPa持久壽命由27 h延長至93 h,低周疲勞性能顯著改善。
The post-processing technology of superalloy K4169 castings was studied. The effects of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) on the microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated by OM, SEM, TEM, tensile, stress rupture and fatigue tests. The results indicate that the microporosity and Laves phase existing in as-cast structure can be effectively eliminated by HIP at 1165 ℃, 140 MPa for 4 h. After further solution and aging treatment based on as-HIP, γ″ phase increases in the amount and turns uniform in the size and distribution. Therefore, the strength and ductility increase at both room-temperature and 650 ℃, the stress rupture life at 650 ℃ and 620 MPa is enhanced to 93 h from 27 h and low cycle fatigue performance is improved notably.
