高強度耐腐蝕鋁合金的研究進展Research Progress of High-strength Corrosion Resistant Aluminum Alloys
綜述了近年來高強度耐腐蝕鋁合金的研究現狀,列舉了幾種應用較廣、研究較深入的高強度耐腐蝕鋁合金,并對其合金組成和熱處理影響進行了討論.總結探究了常用微量元素對鋁合金強度及耐腐蝕性的影響及機理,并闡述了新型腐蝕表征手段和研究方法.同時指出,淬火速率和自然時效對合金性能影響的研究尚不全面,合金微觀腐蝕研究及應力腐蝕理論仍有待進一步深入.
The studies on high strength corrosion resistant aluminum alloys in recent years are reviewed.Several representative types of aluminum alloys are discussed with the focus on alloy composition and heat treatments.The influence of common trace elements on alloy performance is summarized and the mechanisms are discussed.New research techniques for relevant studies are also introduced.It is pointed out that the impact of quench rate and natural aging is not yet well understood and the micro-corrosion and stress corrosion cracking of the alloys need further investigation.
