綜述了近年來高強(qiáng)度耐腐蝕鋁合金的研究現(xiàn)狀,列舉了幾種應(yīng)用較廣、研究較深入的高強(qiáng)度耐腐蝕鋁合金,并對(duì)其合金組成和熱處理影響進(jìn)行了討論.總結(jié)探究了常用微量元素對(duì)鋁合金強(qiáng)度及耐腐蝕性的影響及機(jī)理,并闡述了新型腐蝕表征手段和研究方法.同時(shí)指出,淬火速率和自然時(shí)效對(duì)合金性能影響的研究尚不全面,合金微觀腐蝕研究及應(yīng)力腐蝕理論仍有待進(jìn)一步深入.
The studies on high strength corrosion resistant aluminum alloys in recent years are reviewed.Several representative types of aluminum alloys are discussed with the focus on alloy composition and heat treatments.The influence of common trace elements on alloy performance is summarized and the mechanisms are discussed.New research techniques for relevant studies are also introduced.It is pointed out that the impact of quench rate and natural aging is not yet well understood and the micro-corrosion and stress corrosion cracking of the alloys need further investigation.
