軋制方式和熱處理工藝對TC4-DT鈦合金板材各向力學性能的影響
Effects of Rolling Process and Heat Treatment on Mechanical Properties in Every Direction of TC4-DT Ti Alloy Sheets
通過顯微組織觀察和拉伸試驗研究了不同軋制方式(換向軋制和單向軋制)與3種熱處理工藝對TC4-DT鈦合金板材各向力學性能的影響。結果表明: 與單向軋制相比, 換向軋制減小了組織的各向異性, 使得鈦合金的各向力學性能一致; 低于相變點的固溶時效熱處理得到了雙相組織, 使板材具有更好的綜合力學性能。
Effects of rolling processes (cross rolling and unidirectional rolling) and 3 kinds of heat treatment processes on mechanical properties in every direction of TC4-DT titanium alloy sheets were investigated through microstructure observation and tensile tests. The results show that compared with the unidirectional rolling, cross rolling reduced the anisotropy of structure which made the mechanical properties of Ti alloy more uniform. Dual phase microstructure by solution and aging treatment under the temperature closed to transition point led to the higher comprehensive mechanical properties.
