熱處理工藝對Ti55531鈦合金顯微組織與拉伸性能的影響
Influence of Heat Treatment Process on Microstructure and Tensile Property of Ti55531 Titanium Alloy
利用光學顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡和拉伸試驗機等設備, 研究了熱處理工藝對Ti55531鈦合金顯微組織和拉伸性能的影響。結(jié)果表明: 隨著固溶溫度的升高(790~810 ℃), 合金中初生α相(αp)的含量減少, 合金強度升高而塑性降低; 隨著時效溫度的升高(500~600 ℃), 合金中次生α相(αs)變粗變長, 合金強度降低而塑性升高; 隨著550 ℃時效時間的延長(2~8 h), 合金中析出的αs相含量增多, 強度升高, 塑性有所降低。
By means of optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and tensile testing machine the influences of heat treatment process on microstructure and tensile property of Ti55531 titanium alloy were studied. The results show that with the increase of solid solution temperature (790-810 ℃), the content of primary α phase in the alloy decreased, the strength increased and the plasticity decreased. With the increase of aging temperature (500-600 ℃), the secondary α phase in the alloy coarsened, the strength of alloy decreased and plasticity increased. When the prolongation of aging time (2-8 h) at 550 ℃, the content of secondary α phase in the alloy increased, the strength of the alloy increased and the plasticity decreased.
