采用不同方法預測10Cr9MoW2VNbBN鋼蠕變曲線的比較
采用θ投影法和自行建立的復合修正模型對10Cr9MoW2VNbBN鋼的蠕變曲線進行了預測,并與600℃和650℃時的蠕變試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行了對比.結(jié)果表明:θ投影法能較好地描述蠕變應變與時間的關(guān)系,但對蠕變速率與時間的關(guān)系不能客觀描述;自行建立的復合修正模型能夠更客觀地描述試驗鋼真實的蠕變行為;但基于復合修正模型的蠕變曲線結(jié)合斷裂應變進行持久壽命外推時,其外推值高于真實值.
A prediction for the creep curves of 10Cr9MoW2VNbBN steel through θ projection method and self-built correction model was performed,and then compared with the creep experimental data at 600℃ and 650℃.The results show that the θ projection method can well describe the relationship between the creep strain and time,however,it can not describe the relationship between the creep rate and time objectively.The self-built correction model in this paper can describe the real creep behavior of the tested steel.However,when the creep curves based on the self-built correction model combining with fracture strain were used to extrapolate the creep rupture life,the extrapolated value was much higher than the real one.
