通過宏觀檢驗、多種無損檢測方法以及現場硬度測試和金相覆膜方法,對累計運行已超過113 000 h的SA335-P22鋼主蒸汽管道進行了檢測,并結合Larson-Miller公式預測法和蠕變損傷級別分類法共同對該主蒸汽管道進行了非破壞性剩余壽命評估,得出該管道的剩余壽命不超過105 937 h.該試驗結果可為電廠運行人員提供參考.
Through macroscopic examination,several kinds of non-destructive testing,on-site hardness testing and metallurgical coating examination,SA335-P22 steel main steam pipe which had accumulatively run for more than 113 000 h was studied.And combined Larson-Miller formula predicting method and creep damage level taxonomy method,remaining life of the main steam pipe was evaluated.The results show that the remaining life of the pipe was not more than 105 937 h,which could provide a reference for the power plant operator.
